We have been reading Maniac Magee since school started. What is the setting of this story? What is the town like that Maniac is now living in? How does this town compare to Irving?

ReplyDeleteThe setting is in a town called Two Mills. Two Mills is a small town. Black and white people live there, but they do not interact with one another. Two Mills is very different from Irving. Irving is a big town and we have all kinds of people here. We all live and interact with each other daily.

But everything changes when a stranded boy comes and tries to find a new family and adress,with any one he can find.
